HEY CHILLZILLA!
Lean in. Just like my babe and I on our wedding day. My friends call me “The OG Chillzilla” because I’m pretty chill; even on my wedding morning, my mom said to me: “Wow! How are you so chill right now?” We’ll get to that. First, let’s talk about our rockin’ outfits! Yes, my man wore a full-floral suit, and I rocked a rose-gold sequin dress. Since we got married on New Year’s Eve, we just couldn’t help ourselves, right!? ✧
But of course, my journey started way before I got married. At six years old, when beauty and wellness began to spiral like two helices organically woven throughout my life. I double majored in pre-med, can ya tell? Growing up as a dancer, I first learned to do hair and makeup, and quickly became the “go-to gal.” Being a super-active kid, I would trade my tights for riding boots every afternoon. Between dance and being around horses, I learned teamwork, hard work, and most importantly, how to tap into my emotions for a heartfelt performance and calm myself around those majestic creatures.
I was also fearless. Tragically, but also, I can now say gratefully, these passions left me severely injured at 17 years old, in severe pain, barely able to function…
