In the event of a tragedy, as rare as this happens (it’s only been 3 out of 800 brides, aka 0.375%…yes, we’ve run the stats; our Founder, Dana Lagomarsino, is an MBA grad), emergencies happen. Per your contract, if an Artist switches after completing your Bridal Trial, you are entitled to a second complimentary bridal trial with a new artist.

Please know that all our artists are top-tier in the industry and that Dana has the highest standards for creating a premier collective. Your new Artist will be able to recreate and make you look flawless.
