Welcome to Just Lago! Whether you're booking bridal beauty, visiting Salon Lago, enjoying a wellness experience, or planning a corporate event, we're here to make the experience beautiful, seamless, and stress-free.
By using our website or booking our services, you acknowledge the applicable policies below. Service-specific terms become binding when accepted during booking. Your signed service agreement governs your booking where its terms differ from these general policies, subject to applicable law.
1. Booking & Payments
Wedding and event dates are reserved once the agreement is signed, the 30% initial booking payment is received, and Just Lago confirms the booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
A mandatory 20% service fee supports operations and team compensation and is included in advertised consumer-facing total prices where legally required. Additional charges, including travel, parking, rush bookings, early timelines, or added services, will be disclosed in your proposal.
Bookings made within 90 days of an event may include a $299 Rush Booking Fee, and compressed timelines may incur a $499 Shortened Timeline Fee, as specified in your agreement. All required fees are included in the applicable total quoted price in accordance with California law.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change! Because our professionals reserve time specifically for each booking, the following policies apply:
Weddings & Events: Cancellation terms, payment retention, and any remaining balance obligations are outlined in your signed agreement and subject to California law.
Salon Lago: At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Bridal Trials: At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may incur charges when disclosed and agreed upon during booking and permitted by law.
If Just Lago must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a qualified replacement or provide an appropriate resolution under your agreement and applicable law.

3. Wedding Services & Preparation
Bridal trials are recommended three to five months before the wedding and must generally be scheduled more than 30 days in advance. Trial payment is due in full when scheduling.
All clients must arrive on time with clean, completely dry hair and properly prepared skin unless instructed otherwise. Additional preparation, late arrivals, or service changes may affect the timeline and incur applicable charges.
Our wedding contracts include up to three complimentary timeline revisions and three advance service-addition requests. Additional changes or changes within 30 days of the event may incur a $50 administrative fee per occurrence. Client-caused delays may incur a $25 fee per 30 minutes, as agreed in the contract and permitted by law.
Our beauty artists provide contracted beauty services. Additional coordination, touch-ups, personal support, and veil assistance are available through our Chillzilla Concierge packages.
4. Salon, Wellness & Corporate Services
Just Lago provides salon services, hair and makeup for photoshoots and corporate events, wellness experiences, massage, yoga, and glow/glitter bar activations.
Clients must communicate relevant allergies, sensitivities, hair history, and health considerations before receiving services. Results vary depending on individual circumstances, and services may be modified or declined for safety reasons.
Wellness services support relaxation and general well-being and do not replace medical care. All regulated services are provided by appropriately qualified professionals.
Specific staffing, hours, deliverables, and requirements are outlined in your booking agreement.
5. Travel, Staffing & Additional Services
On-location services may include travel, parking, and accommodation charges according to our separate Travel Fee Schedule, provided before booking confirmation.
Artist assignments are subject to availability. If an assigned professional becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a qualified replacement or provide a remedy consistent with the agreement and applicable law.
Additional services, extended hours, and changes to event locations or schedules may require additional approved charges.
6. Communication, Photography & Privacy
Wedding bookings include up to ten personalized planning emails under our standard agreement. Routine automated messages and necessary urgent or event-day communications do not count toward this allowance. Additional personalized coordination may incur agreed administrative charges.
We love sharing our clients' beautiful moments! Promotional use of identifiable images or testimonials requires appropriate authorization under the applicable agreement and law. Clients may contact us in writing about opting out of future promotional use.
Just Lago may send service-related communications as permitted by law. Promotional texts and emails are sent only with legally required consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails or reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts. Marketing consent is not a condition of booking.
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability & Unforeseen Circumstances
Just Lago maintains professional sanitation and safety practices. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant allergies, sensitivities, and health considerations.
We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, emergencies, and major travel disruptions, except as required by applicable law.
Any service cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or credit resulting from these circumstances is governed by the signed agreement and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. General Terms & Contact
All original Just Lago website content, branding, images owned by Just Lago, and written materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These terms are governed by California law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally permissible.
We may update these terms periodically. Existing confirmed bookings remain subject to their applicable agreements and governing law.
